Why Relay exists

Our team has run e-commerce brands on Amazon and TikTok Shop and bought media on TikTok and Meta. The same problem kept coming up: the creator videos that actually sold were visible in Shop reports, the ad results were visible in Ads Manager, and the usage rights lived in a spreadsheet or a DM thread. Deciding what to amplify meant stitching those together by hand every week.

Relay puts those three things in one place so the decision is obvious and the paperwork is already there.

How we work

• Read-only on ad accounts in the current product. We would rather show a clear recommendation than automate spend we cannot fully attribute.
• Every provider is a separate connection with least-privilege scopes. See Security.
• Pilot brands talk to the people building the product.
