Disconnect a provider

1. Sign in to Relay and open Connections.
2. Choose the provider (TikTok Shop, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, or Euka) and select Disconnect.
3. Relay revokes the token with the provider where supported, deletes the stored token immediately, and deletes that provider's data from your workspace within 30 days.

You can also revoke Relay from the platform side: in TikTok, under Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services; in Meta, under Settings, Business integrations. Relay receives the deauthorization notification and runs the same deletion.

Delete your account

1. Sign in to Relay and open Settings.
2. Select Delete account and confirm.
3. All connections are disconnected, your account is closed immediately, and all associated data is deleted within 30 days.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, or you are a creator who wants your profile removed from a brand's workspace, email privacy@ugctoads.com from the address on your account, or include your TikTok display name and the brand you worked with. We confirm within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Account details (email, name, TikTok display name, avatar, open ID).
• OAuth tokens for every connected provider.
• Provider data synced into your workspace (content performance, orders, campaign metrics, enrichment data).
• Rights records and recommendations tied to your account.

What is retained

Server logs are retained up to 90 days for security. Invoices and records we are legally required to keep are retained only as long as required and contain no platform data.

Meta and TikTok data-deletion callbacks

Relay implements the Meta data-deletion callback and honours TikTok deauthorization notifications. When a platform sends a deletion request for a user, Relay deletes that user's platform data on the same schedule and records a confirmation code that the platform can query.
