Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Relay is operated by Eccelerator LLC ("Relay", "we", "us"), a company formed in the United States. Relay is a business software service that helps brands connect their TikTok Shop, TikTok Ads and Meta Ads accounts and understand which creator content drives sales. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: privacy@ugctoads.com.

2. Data we collect

Account data. For brand users: email address, name, workspace name. For creators signing in with TikTok: your TikTok display name, avatar and an open ID identifier provided by TikTok Login Kit (scope user.info.basic).

Connected-provider data. When a brand connects an account, we receive data from that provider at the scopes listed on our Security page: TikTok Shop shop, product, order and finance data; TikTok Ads and Meta Ads account, campaign, spend and performance data; and, if the brand chooses, enrichment data from Euka using the brand's own API key. We also store the OAuth tokens needed to keep the connection working, encrypted at rest.

Usage data. Server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) and product events needed to operate and secure the service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this website.

Communications. Emails you send to our addresses.

3. How we use data

• To provide the service: authenticate you, sync connected accounts, build the content library, compute recommendations, and record usage-rights status.
• To support you and respond to requests.
• To secure, monitor and improve the service, including detecting abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not use your data to train machine-learning models for other customers, and we do not sell personal data.

4. Legal bases

Where a legal basis is required, we process data to perform our contract with the brand or creator, to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, with your consent where you authorize a provider connection, and to comply with law.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with: Cloudflare, Inc., our infrastructure provider (hosting, storage, delivery, United States); the platforms you connect (TikTok, Meta, Euka), which receive the API requests needed to sync your account under their own terms; the brand whose workspace you use, if you are a creator, limited to your display name, avatar and performance of content posted for that brand; and authorities where required by law. A change of ownership of Eccelerator LLC would transfer data under the same commitments.

6. TikTok platform data

Data obtained through TikTok APIs (Login Kit, TikTok Shop, TikTok for Business) is used only to provide the Relay service to the brand or creator who authorized the connection, in compliance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok Shop Partner terms. We do not use TikTok data for advertising to third parties, do not sell it, do not build profiles unrelated to the service, and delete it when the connection ends or TikTok notifies us of deauthorization.

7. Meta platform data

Data obtained through Meta's Marketing API (ads_read) is used only to display the connected brand's own advertising performance inside Relay, in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms. We honour Meta's data-deletion callback and deauthorization notifications.

8. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Connected-provider data and tokens are deleted within 30 days after you disconnect a provider, delete your account, a provider notifies us of deauthorization, or you request deletion. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons are kept only as long as required.

9. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, disconnect any provider, or close your account at any time from the app or by emailing privacy@ugctoads.com. See Data deletion for the steps. We respond within 2 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days. You may also revoke Relay's access directly in your TikTok or Meta account settings.

10. United States state privacy notices

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws have the rights described above, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data and targeted advertising. Relay does not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising and does not use sensitive personal data for inference. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may designate an authorized agent by contacting us. Appeals of a decision may be sent to the same address.

11. Children

Relay is a business tool for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International transfers

Relay is hosted in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your data will be processed in the United States.

13. Security

We use OAuth for every platform connection, encrypt tokens at rest with AES-GCM, serve all traffic over TLS, and limit access to production systems to authorized personnel. See Security.

14. Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. For material changes we will notify account holders by email.
